I've been wanting to work this into a cartoon ever since I first saw Me, Myself & Irene. Fortunately the issue popped up this week in one of our our local municipalities. I'd also like to give a big SHOUT OUT to Chubby McLovin' for allowing his likeness to be used in this cartoon.
I still can't believe this one got past the editors.
