
It seems like every year, for the past five years (basically since Katrina) the hurricane prognosticators have been over-prognosticating with their prognostications. I absolutely love it when they predict apocalyptic storms, verging on end of world scenarios; then the season turns out to be relatively mild. Your grandfather was right - you can't predict the weather. Death and taxes yes - weather - no. These cartoons always get me into trouble with the local meteorologists. A tough bunch those meteorologists - NOT. Now watch. It'll rain for the next month straight right over my house!
