I've never drawn from this model before, so I didn't know what to expect. But she held a pose like a stone, and it was nice to get back to drawing the figure again (a nice break from working on my landscapes for September's show). Speaking of which, the official dates for the opening have been announced! The show is called "2x2x5" and will feature 5 Corse Gallery artists (including the lady herself!). Be sure to mark your calendars for the evening of September 9th. Come by and enjoy a glass of wine in the heart of Avondale.
