First Local cartoon of the week

I was shocked to learn today of this poll by Harvard University that shows Americans living in coastal areas remain apathetic towards the threat of hurricanes. Living in Jacksonville, in such close proximity to the beach, it got me to thinking. Here's what I came up with.
