Dat held his regular Monday night figure drawing session last night. I had never drawn this particular model before, and to tell the truth I wasn't sure what to expect. But I must say she was a total pro - she held the poses well despite having a slight cold, and I could see the bone structure incredibly well.
We started out with (3) 5 minute poses and then moved into (2) 45 minute poses. I worked in the Moleskine for the longer poses, and experimented a bit with overlapping drawings from different vantage points as I moved around the room. I think I want to do more of these.
Time to start working on cartoons again, and a landscape I'm trying to finish before Thursday. Wish me luck!
