Nasty. That's all I've got to say about a conch outside of it's shell. Tasty though - as long as I don't have to look at it. Anyway, there is a famous Marina/Hotel/Restaurant in St. Augustine called The Conch House. It's been in the same family for like a thousand years, but the family recently decided they don't want to be in the business anymore. So they decided to sell to some investors. Problem is, one of the investors' background is "questionable."
