We've got a bear vs. development problem here in NE Florida. Environmentalists are not at all happy with plans for a new 2,800 acre planned community here in Clay County. It will have a definite impact on the "ecological greenway" set aside for black bear habitat.

This cartoon could as well work for the present sub-prime mortgage crisis. The bears would of course represent the stock market plunges. What do you think?
