Pedro & The Clown for April

This month I decided to go after the St. Johns County School district's hiring practices. Seems a convicted felon was allowed onto the advisory council at one of our Elementary Schools. I had originally proposed an editorial cartoon on this topic for another paper, but the idea didn't fly, so I figured I'd let P&C handle it in the Underground. Here's the story we ran. Enjoy. -Ed
