Here's a local cartoon that my syndicate also decided to run (love it when that happens). Anyway, Baker County had it's first confirmed death form H1N1 this past week. Also reported was an arrest in a local doctor shopping scheme. If you don't know what that is, go here. I decided to combine the two stories into a cartoon, which is a little risky, because it doesn't always work.
